(2) The maximum temperature for cable conductors is 70 ℃ for PVC insulation and 90 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation.
(3) During a short circuit (with a maximum duration of 5 seconds), the maximum temperature of the cable conductor shall not exceed 160 ℃ for PVC insulation and 250 ℃ for cross-linked polyethylene insulation.
